Tourism became one of the most important factors of economy therefore we consider it not simply as a trip or rest. Specifics of tourist services and their impact on management of tourism organization. According to it it is necessary to define how it is deep and in what direction the administrative tool has to develop correctly to solve those specific problems which are inherent in tourism organizations.
Social factors. Also social factors have a certain impact on demand of tourist services. Along with structure of families for tourism three more social parameters represent importance: living conditions and work, education level, and also existence of free time.
We entered a market economy during this period when in the international market already there were essential changes in the tourism relation. Tourism around the world became one of the most considerable economic branches, and for some developing states — a basis of their existence (Thailand, Cyprus, Malaysia, etc.). Besides, in many countries of the world the tourist branch gives workplaces and opportunities for professional height about 350 million workers and employees. Thus the volume of employment of this branch increases almost twice quicker, than in other services sectors.

Therefore, tourism — is set of the relations, communications and the phenomena accompanying a trip and stay of people in places not being places of their continuous or long accommodation and not connected with their work.
